About this notice
Bidzon is currently a pre-launch project operated by its founders. A formal business entity has not yet been identified on this website. This notice explains how information submitted through the founding-host interest form is handled during the validation stage.
Information collected
The form may collect your name, email address, role, auction category, approximate audience size, message, consent choice, and basic technical information generated when the form is submitted.
How the information is used
The information is used to review interest in Bidzon, contact potential pilot participants, understand auction-host needs, plan product development, protect the form from abuse, and maintain basic records of pre-launch enquiries.
Service providers
Website hosting and form-processing providers may process submissions on Bidzon’s behalf. Information is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the project, its operators, or website users.
Retention and choices
Information will be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the pre-launch purposes described above, record-keeping, or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@bidzon.ca and clearly identifying the request.

Questions or requests concerning personal information may be sent to privacy@bidzon.ca. Messages sent to this address are received by Bidzon’s founders for handling during the pre-launch stage.
Security and future updates
Reasonable steps will be used to protect submitted information, but no online system is completely secure. This notice will be reviewed before Bidzon begins broader operations, collects additional information, or introduces accounts, bidding, payments, or marketplace functions.
